California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC) is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to improve the quality and equity of healthcare delivery for California’s most vulnerable infants and their families, from birth and NICU stay to early childhood. California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative (CMQCC) is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is end preventable morbidity, mortality and racial disparities in California maternity care.
